Terms of Service

Last updated: March 2026

Important Disclosure: Fast Trucking Authority (FastTruckAuthority.com) is a private, third-party filing service operated by Cryp Solutions LLC and is NOT affiliated with the FMCSA, USDOT, or any government agency. We provide document preparation and filing assistance for FMCSA operating authority applications. You may apply for authority directly at safer.fmcsa.dot.gov without using our service.

1. Nature of Service

Fast Trucking Authority is a private third-party filing service operated by Cryp Solutions LLC. We are NOT affiliated with the FMCSA, USDOT, or any government agency. We provide document preparation, filing assistance, and compliance guidance for motor carriers and freight brokers seeking FMCSA operating authority.

2. Service Description

For the fees listed on our pricing page, we will:

  • Collect your business and carrier information
  • Prepare and submit your FMCSA operating authority application (MC number)
  • File your USDOT number registration
  • Submit your BOC-3 process agent designation
  • Complete additional compliance filings included in your selected package (UCR, drug & alcohol consortium, etc.)

Our service fee covers filing preparation, submission, and customer support. Government filing fees (currently $300 for MC authority) are separate and passed through to the FMCSA.

3. Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for providing accurate business entity information, USDOT number (if existing), EIN, and contact details. Fast Trucking Authority is not liable for rejected applications, delays, or compliance failures caused by inaccurate information provided by the customer.

4. Processing Timeline

We submit your application within 1-2 business days of receiving complete information. FMCSA runs a mandatory 21-day vetting and protest window (49 CFR §365.109) plus internal processing — total time from submission to active MC number is typically 3 to 6 weeks. Processing timelines are controlled by the FMCSA and are outside our control.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

We make no guarantee that the FMCSA will approve your authority application or process it within any specific timeframe. Approval depends on factors outside our control, including your safety record, insurance requirements, and FMCSA processing capacity. We are not liable for enforcement actions that occur while an application is pending.

6. Limitation of Liability

Fast Trucking Authority's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost revenue from inability to operate.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with AAA rules.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
