Refund Policy

1. After Filing - No Refund
Once your FMCSA operating authority application has been submitted, no refund is available for the government filing fee. The Fast Trucking Authority service fee is also non-refundable after submission, as our work (document preparation, review, and filing) has been completed.
Please review your business information carefully before completing checkout. You are responsible for the accuracy of all information submitted.
2. Before Filing - Partial Refund
If you request a cancellation before your application has been submitted to the FMCSA, a refund will be issued for the full amount paid, minus a $25.00 processing fee to cover payment processing and administrative costs.
To request a pre-filing cancellation, contact us immediately at support@fasttruckauthority.com with your order number and USDOT number. We process most orders within 1-2 business days, so time is critical.
3. Compliance Add-Ons
Add-on services (UCR registration, drug & alcohol consortium enrollment, IFTA/IRP) that have already been submitted to the relevant agency are non-refundable. Add-ons that have not yet been processed may be refunded minus the $25.00 processing fee.
4. Duplicate Orders
If you accidentally placed a duplicate order, contact us at support@fasttruckauthority.com immediately. If the duplicate has not been filed, we will refund it minus the $25 processing fee. If both were filed, only one application is valid and a partial refund may be available at our discretion.
5. Processing Time for Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5-10 business days depending on your card issuer.
