We collect information you provide when submitting an authority filing: business entity name, USDOT number, EIN, contact name, email address, phone number, business address, and operational data required for FMCSA filings. Federal EIN / SSN is collected solely for filing purposes and is stored securely; it is never shared with third-party marketing services.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to complete the requested FMCSA operating authority application and related compliance filings, send order confirmations, and provide customer support. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Payment Processing

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not store credit card numbers on our servers. Stripe's privacy policy governs the handling of payment data. All transactions are encrypted using industry-standard TLS.

4. Data Sharing

We share your filing information with the FMCSA and related government agencies solely for the purpose of completing your requested filings. We may also share data with BOC-3 process agent providers and compliance partners as required to fulfill your order. We do not sell or rent your personal information.

5. Data Retention

Order records are retained for a minimum of 7 years to comply with recordkeeping requirements. You may request deletion of non-legally-required data by emailing us.
