How we file
We file your application the same business day. FMCSA controls the timing: authority is granted only after your BOC-3 and insurance are on file and the 10-day protest period after your FMCSA Register notice has passed.
What the role covers on each order
Korey sets how orders are handled: the intake on the operating-authority application, submission the same business day, and the refund policy. The application is submitted to FMCSA. FMCSA controls when authority is granted.
How the guides are reviewed
Guides are checked against the rule text and FMCSA pages they cite, such as 49 USC §13902 and 49 CFR §365, and against FMCSA's Motus public search. The “Last reviewed” date on a guide is the date it was last updated. Corrections are welcome at support@fasttruckauthority.com.
